Gender Arsenal is all about the uncalled for Gender War which has been initiated and is being fuelled by reasons outside the purview of this article. Gender Arsenal pertains to the weapons available to both the genders in the war. Before going into the actual details about the arsenal, I will elucidate the positions of the two genders vis-à-vis each other.
National Commission for Women (NCW) came into effect in 1992 in India to work on women’s issues. NCW has been instrumental in making awareness about a lot of problems faced by women, and has recommended various legal and social options to redress them. It also looks into complaints received by women. Additionally women have around 3300 odd NGOs working for them, one union ministry and Rs. 1200 crores allocated for their cause annually from the union budget.
Men have none.
I will now proceed to list down some laws meant specifically for women,
1. Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code (IPC): This section is formulated for married women who face physical and mental harassment from husband and in-laws and the cruelty is made for any unreasonable ‘demand’ (mostly dowry) from the woman and the cruelty is of such nature that it drives the woman to commit suicide or can be a danger to the life and limb of the woman.
2. Section 354 of the IPC: Assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty.
3. Section 509 of the IPC: Word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman.
4. Section 375 and 376 of the IPC: Rape of a woman.
5. Section 498 of the IPC: Enticing or taking away or detaining with criminal intent a married woman
6. Section 98 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC): Power to compel restoration of abducted females.
7. Section 125 of the CrPC: Meant to provide no-fault maintenance to wife from husband.
8. Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (HMA): Though gender neutral, is largely used by women to extract maintenance from their husbands in pendency of a divorce.
9. Section 25 of the HMA: Meant to provide alimony to women from divorce.
10. Section 18 of the Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act: Another provision for maintenance to wives.
11. Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961: Though gender neutral in its definition, this Act is largely used to protect women and there are also some judgments for cases filed under this Act, which are gender biased towards women.
12. Immortal Trafficking Prevention Act: Deals with trafficking of women.
13. Indecent Representation of Women Act: Title is self-explanatory.
14. Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act: Empowers women to abort their unborn children legally.
15. Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act: Meant to tackle Domestic Violence faced by women.
These are some of the laws and Acts made to protect and empower women true to the best of my knowledge; I might have missed a few of them. However, these are only illustrative and not exhaustive of the fact that women are not only over-protected but pampered in this so called Male Dominated Society, whereas men do not have even a single NGO funded by the Govt. to be fighting for men’s cause let alone any law, section, Act or a commission or a ministry.
It should give a fairly clear idea as to how unequally men and women are placed in this gender war wherein actually men are dragged into uncalled for. On one hand, where women have weapons to the tune of Surface to air missiles to their kitty as their arsenal, men do not even have a Rampuri Chaku at their disposal.
And, as I said, the list is merely illustrative and not exhaustive; NCW has in its offing more laws to castrate men, some of them being,
1. Proposal for compensation of Rs. 2 Lakhs to rape victims.
2. Sexual Harassment Bill.
3. Workplace Harassment Bill.
4. Law to protect maids and so on and so forth.
Again the list of prospective laws is also true to the best of my knowledge and I might have missed many others in the offing.
Whilst there are neither any laws existing to protect men, nor in the offing, and the simple reason for this is, men do not fight for their right or stand up for other men who are fighting for men’s rights.
And if things continue this way, the day won’t be far when NCW will come up with a law like this one:
Inherent Protection of a Woman’s Dream Act: Any woman, who complains against a man that the man entered her dreams and molested her/outraged her modesty/raped her, shall be tried with a relevant section of the IPC. Any married woman who complains against her husband and in-laws that they entered her dreams and demanded dowry from her or harassed her and assaulted her for not bringing enough dowry shall be charged with IPC Section 498A/Dowry Prohibition Act/Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act etc.
Choice lies with men; they can allow more and more such laws to be passed by not supporting men’s rights or take a stand against all such laws and pressurize the Government to rethink about the laws.

Why only laws to protect women ? And that too laws which have lower level of evidence? Consider testimony as evidence?
The moment the man pays the ’Compensation’, criminal cases are withdrawn.
Why?
Why special status to women ? Are they above men?
Men are raped, face domestic violence, not given access to their children, commit more suicides (way higher than women due to lack of communication channels) and yet there is no protection offered to them?
Assumptions and biases work against men.

The crux is that she was from a well-to-do family and so could not take the newly fallen poverty life. So killed her kids and self.
The contrast is right below in a Small news post about a poor husband, who could not take his wife’s cruelty any more and committed suicide in just 2 months of marriage. And he has been projected as a suspicious husband.
So the motto of the stories is ...
When a husband dies due to wife’s cruelty, it’s the husband’s fault as he was suspicious...
But when a Wife kills her kids and self, It’s the husband’s fault as he was poor.
The sword of false allegations always lies on men.
In societies, men and women, both have problems, but there are laws only for women’s problems to the extent of castrating men, why?

The moment there is a complaint against a man, everyone crucifies the man in a pre-trial punishment and a media trial.
Why is the man not given a fair chance to prove his innocence.
If laws could protect then there would have been no crime at all.

Suicide rates are on the rise especially amongst married / separated men due to the undue sentimental balance of the courts towards women which is being used to advantage by criminal minded women. In three years (2005 – 2007) 1, 65,528 married men have committed suicide as opposed to 88,121 married women as per suicide statistics by National Crime Records Bureau.
In the last 11 years (1996 – 2007) 1, 56,000 husbands have committed suicide directly due to Domestic Violence. Suicide rate for married men have gone up by 6 times as compared to that for married women in 2007 as compared to 2006. Family problem is numero uno killer for men and women alike contributing 27.75% to the suicides in 2007 and 29.8% in 2006.

“She and her parents asked me to furnish Rs 10 lakh as early as possible. But at that time, I was not in a position to produce the sum. Since I was attached to my son, they prevented me from meeting my son. My wife then made false allegations against me and filed a complaint in the police station under section 498 A. The police without trying to ascertain the truth took me away to the police station. On that day, I died literally. Ever since then I was dying day in and day out for two reasons. One, I was kept away from my son and two; I was harassed by my wife. I was suffering both mentally and physically. It became routine for me to beg for my son. But no one understood me. Finally, I fell at her feet and begged to see my son. But to no avail. I then approached the courts. But they quite simply dragged the case. Everything was mechanical there.” - this may be one of a Indian Husband’s own confession before end his life had been recorded in his own mobile , the unanswered questions .

Where as we all can witness the Breaking News in Indian Television as Ms. Fizza tried Suicide or any Women suicide in Mumbai Five Star Hotel also and media trial convert all the cases as Dowry death or Dowry Harassment case without Single evidence, except the Verbal allegations.
Not only on the one hand, the judges/media/society/LAW makers sympathize about only a small verbal allegation ”violence against women”, make cooked up study reports , on the other hand women’s organizations earned a huge money by making each and every ”Domestic Dispute” to a Violence or dowry death story and fooled the Judges/media/LAW makers in the very temple of justice itself, but every year more than 56000 married man ending their life , which is 10 times more than terrorist killed in this country , but no one feels the same should be make a concern for this country.
Seems killing the Husbands to be termed as Social Service in this country and creating a Father less child society is the only solution to reduce all the violence and crime in the society.
In this country a person have right to meet his child even after convicted in Terrorist law, murder law, rape law, but a Husbands do not have any right to meet his child, if his wife do not agree and all the Judges do not forget to treat them as Free ATM machine in the name of child maintenance, but miserably failed to ensure the husband at least get some visiting right of child.
That is the Great LAW of this country and our Judges and LAW makers along with maximum Media Houses believe, Indian wives are ’abala nari” and all born in Raja Harish Chandra Family (never lie) and all the Husbands born in Criminal family.

We asked to all Law makers and even honorable Judges of Supreme court , who one hand they describe the misuse of LAW as ”Unleashing of Legal Terrorism” and government should take the necessary step to stop that , but they themselves silently enjoy the suffering of Indian Husbands and failed to make any corrective action or asked a small question to the LAW makers, why more and more duplication of LAW made in this country and violated the Indian Constitutions article 14, 21 and misused the special provision of article 15 by all Political party, specially congress in the name of Caste, religion, weaker sex , women etc but forget everyone is equal in front of law and a person is innocent till proven guilty, but it does not apply when a wife complain against Husband , the moment a wife will complain, the husband to be treated as Free ATM machine, let the allegations is false or true.
Honorable Supreme court of India along with all LAW makers , still not able to answer : Is the Pain of a Mother or Sister is less or Nil , when they lose their son or brother?
If not then why a wife should not be punished, when the evidence are beyond reasonable doubt the husband end his life due to harassment by wife?

In case when a wife end his life, irrespective of any reason , the husband and all his mother/sisters put behind the bar immediately , but when a Husband end their life, inspite of having the evidence , no one cares or media also do not find the same as news , forget about any Breaking News. We even witness the husbands and all his family members send behind the bar , even when the wife’s family falsely claimed the wife is dead, where as the truth is the wife is alive and happily enjoying her life with another man, see this video.
Whereas , we have witness in this country , a women sleep with her boyfriend in Mumbai five star Hotel (few month back a Air Hostage women’s suicide case) and the moment she suicide , all the News Channel claim the wife had been killed (where as the husband stay in Delhi) and it is to be termed as Dowry Death... wonder , where every suicide of a wife had converted to Dowry death and made more and more laws (as on date more than 6 laws to harass and treat the husbands family as Free ATM machine available in this country).
It is evident, more than 90% Indian Husband totally ignorant about the danger they are in and relax, till the time they hit by those dangerous weapon of Legal Terrorism in the form of one sided law like 498a/DV Act/Crpc125/child custody/adultery/maintenance.
This is called the present Justice system in India and equal right in India, made by congress Government.
For a wife even adultery also is not a crime (it is a rewarding option and free money earning business for the whole life), but for a man even an allegation of “Name-calling” is crime and not only the man, his mother/sister/age-old father also can be put behind the bar under 498A or DV act.
From the court record it is evident, maximum wives who are well educated, working and healthy to earn themselves rush to the court and want money from the husband, but do not forget to file another criminal case (like 498A DV act), mentioning that their husband ill-treat them for money, but they themselves openly demanding money as a legal extortion and blackmailing in front of Police/Media/Court and that is not a crime in India. Further to note, if a wife earns the money and husband due to some any reason not able to earn the money, even if he is ill or any other condition, he is not eligible for any maintenance from the working women, irrespective he had earned lacks of rupees and given to his wife earlier.
So the question arises: Is Indian Husband is a Free ATM Machine for Indian wives?
As per Congress Government the answer is: Yes, result make more and more duplications of LAW and policy , by violating the basic principal of Justice System and forget every person is equal in front of LAW and a person is innocent till he/she proven to be guilty.
We had repeatedly requested and given all the examples suffering of Indian husbands and demanded all Gender Biased LAW should immediately to be made crime based instead of any assumption that all women never lie and all the men born as Criminal. ”MEN/WOMEN” word to be replaced by word ”PER SON” and word wife/husband to be replaced with the word ”SPOUSE”.
But it all goes in deaf ears of Congress Government.
So, dear Indian Husbands and their family members , you have a great option in your hand , vote for congress and ensure more and more suffering of Indian Husbands , as they all born in criminal family and all Husband killers to be awarded by ” Bharat Ratna: , as not only congress all other political party also should consider increasing the suffering of Husbands and their family members termed in this country as Social service and Indian Husbands and their family members can’t ensure their defeat or reduce their vote share, so make more and more anti-husband, anti-family, anti-child and anti-men biased and lopsided law in this country.
History witness , a Terrorist activity can’t give any freedom to any one, it kills only innocent , the same is evidence in India also , in the name of Protection to wife/women or reduce the Domestic violence against women, our LAW Makers made more and more duplications of law, killed the basic foundation of Criminal Justice System and ”Unlash open Legal Terrorism”, which only kills the innocent and the real objective and freedom still far away and can never be achieved and cry will be continue, Indian women are suffering and need more and more anti-men, anti-family and anti-child law and some are under way in the name of Sexual Harassment law, Child abuse law, every where the basic principal will be do the extortion of money/property from a man and the same will not be termed as crime, as all the women born in this country in Raja Harish Chandra Family ( Never Lie)!!!!!!!!

Did you ever read any of those Hindu texts? Like the Kamasutra, The Gita, the Veda?
There is a whole lot of talk of public women, courtesans, prostitutes etc. It instructs women how to get money out of men. It instructs men how to go about committing adultery with his neighbors wives.
....WHEN Kama is practised by men of the four castes according to the rules of the Holy Writ (i.e. by lawful marriage) with virgins of their own caste, it then becomes a means of acquiring lawful progeny and good fame, and it is not also opposed to the customs of the world. On the contrary the practice of Kama with women of the higher castes, and with those previously enjoyed by others, even though they be of the same caste, is prohibited. She should be born of a highly respectable family, possessed of wealth, well connected, and with many relations and friends. She should also be beautiful, of a good disposition, with lucky marks on her body, and with good hair, nails, teeth, ears, eyes and breasts, neither more nor less than they ought to be, and no one of them entirely wanting, and not troubled with a sickly body. The man should, of course, also possess these qualities himself. The codes of Manu came about at a time when society was morally chaotic. I agree with manusmriti when it says that women have the tendency to seduce men. I have experienced it myself. I have seen other men experiencing it too. With regard to the Gita, you have taken it out of context. Unless one understands the context and real meaning, it would be unfair to comment on it. In Hinduism, a woman is not expected to go anywhere alone. She is expected to go with a man or atleast a boy. What does that imply? It simply means that men are supposed to protect women! Similarly, whatever was written in the holy books were very scientific and relevant for those circumstances. To take out portions of that and show them as being discriminatory to women is unfair and irrational. Unless one reads the entire text and the context and circumstances, one cannot conclude that they discriminated women. Definately not as we have seen the present world where men are still following tradition and protecting and providing women.

You have quoted a certain verse from Gita.Let me tell you that this verse does not exist in Gita at all.The Gita is a dialogue between Krishna and Arjuna.There is no verse in it addressed to Narada !
Even if I assume that the whole conversation belongs to Ashtavakra Samhita or Ashatvakara Gita occurring in a different parva(not in the one quoted by you) of Mahabharata then also this verse is not there as the whole conversation is between Janaka And Ashtavakra.
There is one more Gita -Udhhava Gita.But that appears in Srimad Bhagavatam -a Purana-and that’s dialogue between Krishna and Udhhava.
Why are you so cocksure about the validity of your arguments based on such superficial study.Even if I assume that one cannot read voluminous literature of other religion in detail, why are you not interested in hearing the better version of the same selective verses or for that matter the real essence of that scripture ?

Women have started working primarily after the industrial revolution. Even today, they hardly work in labour oriented jobs. Some jobs such as mining, foot soldiering etc are unknown to women. Women have taken the advantage of technology and are claiming superiority and independence over men, forgetting the fact that for thousands of years, it is the men who sweated and toiled to bring home food, often sacrifising their lives. Women have always asserted their will on men and controlled men. Or else, we would have women protecting and providing men in ancient times.
